The tube was tested on my Hickock 533A tube tester and it read at the high end of the good scale on both plates. The tube would be great for an audio amplifier application. There were no shorts indicated The tube is offered for the reasonable starting bid of $5.00. Note to the wise: Never wash over the type number of a 1930s tube with water as most of the type numbers are put on with a water removable ink and they will wash right off!
